Sunita came to my office to meet me at around 11.30 in the morning. She rang on my mobile several tiems, actually i forgot to take my mobile. I have got a BSNL Excel Prepaid connection. I have taken the connection in Excel general plan which cost me around 120 rupees. I took the connection last week from Trivandrum BSNL office, located near to Kerala Government Press, Statue, Trivandrum.
Yesterday i activated FnF Plan on my mobile connection. FnF means Friends and Family plan. According to this plan one can call to two numbers, one mobile number and one landline number at 10 paise per minute. The plan got activated just two hours after i send an sms to 3733 from my mobile. Format for sending the sms is FnF ‘Landline Number’ ‘Mobile Number’. The issues i have faced with BSNL Prepaid connection is that the network gets busy at times and sometimes when i get an incoming call from other service providers like Hutch or Airtel, the call gets connected but i wont be able to hear the voice from otherside. Instead of the voice from otherside i used to hear my on voice echoed. Previously i was using Hutch Postpaid Plan, while using Hutch i hasnt faced this issue.
