Arabikatha created by Lala Jose. Laljose is one of the renowned malayalam movie director. In the recent past lal jose has come up with some box office hits. Arabikatha is a movie about a strong believer in communism and a socialist thinker who reaches dubai in search of a job. The main character in this movie is Mukundan, being played by veteran and multi-talented malayalam actor sreenivasan. Mukundan is being misleaded by his communist collegues for their individual interests.

The movie tells the story in such a way that it depicts the feelings and emotions of a communist believer, who had to cope up with the new trends and issues in the fast changing and developed world. The movies also shows the agony of Gulf Malayalees who strives hard in gulf region to make a life for them and their family out there in Kerala. In my opinion it’s a must see film for gulf malayalees and their families.
