ATM - Dhanalakshmi and SBT

It is great to know that State Bank of Travancore ATM can be used to withdraw money from a Dhanalakshmi Bank Account. As per i know Dhanalakshmi bank has got only two atms in trivandrum city, one in Vellayambalam and other in Karamana. My cousin has got a debit card of dhanalakshmi bank. Today when we reached Dhanalakshmi bank atm in vellayambalam, it was out of service. I was not sure about withdrawing money from SBT atm using dhanalakshmi bank debit card. To my surprise it worked in sbt atm and we have withdrawn the needed money. I think there will be a service charge for dhanalakshmi atm card in sbi atm. Anyway it is great to know that.

Hi

U can use ur dhanalakshmi bank debit card to withdraw money in more than 23000 ATMs in India as follows;

from more than 3000 ATMs of CashTree member banks @ Rs.10* per transaction

from more than 20,000 ATMs of Cashnet and Infinet member banks @ Rs.30* per transaction

from any of the ATMs in the world supporting VISA @ Rs.50* per transaction

*service tax @12.36% extra

further for customers maintaining specified minimum balance in their accounts, the above charges will be reversed in the following month.

a clarification for the above regarding withdrawals from other VISA branded ATMs;

Rs.50 per transaction for withdrawal from domestic VISA ATMs
and Rs.125 per transaction for withdrawal from International ATMs
