Don in a new name - Billa

Billa, a movie starring Ajith and other famous tamil actors has disappointed me. I watched the movie from kripa theatre , which is one of the best maintained theatre in trivandrum. I felt that movie is an average one despite the money spend on the movie for its production. Actually there is nothing new from the old movie except the stars. The story of the movie is same as Amitabh Bachan’s Don. I expected some twist in the story or change in the movie theme. But i got very much disappointed. I couldn’t find any thing new to watch it as a new release, may be the reason i felt like that is i know the story of don and watched it several times. To be frank the movie will be average entertainer for those who have seen the other versions of don.

I think the movie industry is lacking good scripts and writers who can come up with a new theme. I feel that if movie makers are making exact copies of their older versions there it would be very difficult to find original movies in the coming years.
