New Membership in Universal Videos - Karamana

It is true that the cost of orginal CD’s and DVD’s are much less than a year back. After the introduction of low cost orginal digital formats by moserbear there are lots of copyrighted movies available to buy from the market.  Even if the prices is much less i usually rent a cd from the cd shop. The cost of original malayalam movie cd ranges from 30 rupees to 200 rupees. For renting a malayalam cd it cost only 10 rupees per cd and it has to returned within 24 hours. Personally speaking i am a personal who dont like to see a movie again and again. In this type of situation even if i buy a new cd it wont be useful for me.

Two day back i have taken a membership in universal videos located near to st jude hospital karamana. The cd shop has got cd’s and dvd’s of malayalam, english, hindi and tamil movies. The collection of cd titles in the cd shop is relatively good but does not have that much cd titles which are available in some big stores. One can buy or rent a cd from this shop.

Day before yesterday after taking membership i have rented two malayalam movie cd’s, Pachakuthira and Kanaka Simhasanam. Pachakuthira is a movie directed by Kamal and starred by dileep and Nayan Thara. The movie is a family entertainer with good songs and a good theme. It is quite interesting to watch the performance of dileep who is playing a double role in the movie. Out of two characters played by dileep one is of a mentally retarded person. In my opinion dileep has performed well in this movie.

Kanaka Simhasanam, a movie which is released a year back was not a big success in the box office. Rajaseanan - Jayaram team who had created plenty of hits in the past was again to repeat the magic. The movie had got a good star cast, hilarious comedy and good songs but it was unable to make a mark in the malayalam movie industry. Anyway i love this film also.

Sound of Boot - Malayalam Movie - Suresh Gopi

‘Sount of Boot’, a suresh gopi - shaji kailas film is being screened in kripa theatre trivandrum. The movie is an investigative thriller. The moment of suspense is kept through out the movie. The story of the movie turn around on the death of three recently retired police officers. According to story of the movie these police officers had commited some unlawful and immoral activities against a family in the early days of their service. Their misdoings has ended up in collapse of a family. After years family members reunites to take revenge against these police officers.

The movie has got all the ingredients of an investigative suspense thriller but i felt that the movie is lacking that shaji kailas touch in some way or the other. Suresh Gopi is who playing the role as SP in the movie has performed well. Performance of Murali and Sona Nair is also great. For those who love suspense and investigative thriller movies this is a good movie now running in the theatres.

New pair of footwears from canon shoes, Trivnadrum

On last satuday evening i bought two pair of ladies footwear for my wife. She have been asking for a new pair of footwear for her. As i hasnt got time from my work i was unable to go for shopping. Last saturday evening both of us had gone to canon shoes located in east fort trivandrum. Canon shoes is one of the margin free footwear shop in trivandrum located just opposite to the the famous pazhavangadi ganapathy temple in trivandrum. The owner of that shoe shop is a friend of my wife’s sister’s husband. Wife’s sister’s husband is working as an officer in Indian Overseas Bank, kowdiar. He came to know the shoe shop owner through guru baba ashramam. Both of them are devotees of guru baba. Guru baba has got an ashramam invattiyoorkavu, trivandrum which is a subsidiary ashramam of Guruvayoor. Once i have been there in the main ashramam in guruvayoor while i have visited the guruvayur sri krishna temple in Trichur.

While shopping in canon shoes my wife has selected two pairs of footwears which is worth more than 550 ruppes. We have decided to purchase both of them. When i peeped into my walled i found that i was running short of money. Anyway we have decided to purchase them so i have given my SBI debit card pay of the bill. This is the first time i am using my SBI debit card for some purchase. I have been using SBI debit card for years but i have never used to puchase goods from a shop.Actually i was very easy and hassle to purchase using debit cards we dont have to carry money. The shop owner has swiped thecard and asked me to enter the identification number. I entered the number and a bill has come out of the credit card machine. That was really so easy. The shop owner has told me that he has taken money from my saving account for the bill andtransaction is finished. It was quite easy.
