Vegetarian Saturday, Chilly Idly, Chappathy, Paneer Butter Masala

I am a person who loves to have pure vegetarian food rather than non vegetarian food. I have had food from many pure vegetarian hotels in Trivandrum. But i had never found an ambiance in all of these vegetarian hotels located in Trivandrum. The food from all of these vegetarian hotels has been good but never found a vast range of vegetarian recipes.

Yesterday it was saturday evening and me and my wife had gone out to have some food. This week we had decided to have vegetarian food. We had opted the vegetarian hotel located in Baker Junction , Trivandrum. The Hotel is Arul Jyothi. I think this hotel has started about a year back. To be frank i truly enjoyed the food and the ambience of the hotel. Yesterday we had food from the A/C family restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. After sitting on a table with my wife a menu has been given to me. I was pretty amazed by the range of vegetarian receipes offered by the hotels.

My wife told me that she would like to have a variety dish rather than the usual vegetarian dishes. She has ordered for chilly Idly. Several times we had chilly parotta, but never had chilly idly. I have ordered for chappatthy and paneer butter masala. After waiting for about 15 minutes the order has arrived at our table. The chilly idly is a delicious recipe with spicy and rich ingredients. After that we had a cup of coffee. Coffee was very strong i think coffee chicory was added more than usual in the drink. After having this i was feeling little bit more hungry, so i had ordered for i had two veg cutlets. The veg cutlet was also great and delicious but there was a lack of salt in the veg cutlet other wise cutlet is also good.

Unlike some of the other hotels the staff has behaved well. Overall the food and the service in the hotel has been excellent. Any i can recommend this as one of the best vegetarian hotel in Trivandrum. If you love vegetarian food you will truly love this hotel.
