On last monday i have bought a brand new Maruti 800. I have bought this new car from Maruti Dealer in Trivandrum named Hercules. It was a great dream for me and my family to own a car. Even though we have bought the standard and non ac version of this low cost car it means a lot for me and my family.
After taking a decision to buy a new car we have visited many maruti dealers in trivandrum including hercules maruti showroom in kowdiar. Two days before taking delivery we have been invited to the Maruthi service centre located in Vazhayila where we had a first hand look of the vehicle we were going to buy and provided with all the details we want to know about Maruti 800 and the services which are offered by Hercules Group before and after delivery of the car.
If any one is planning to buy a new maruti car, onam festival time is the best time to buy it as maruti will be offering special discounts and surprise gifts for the buyers. On the day of delivery we have been given all the necessary document associated with the vehicle like insurance documents, tax paper, R. C Book and the manual. Before taking delivery the service engineer of maruti has given the information regarding the facilities and features provided in Maruti 800. On the time of delivery personels from the showroom was with us to decorate the car and to greet us on our new car along with Mr. Sunil. We have got a free coupon for 5 lites of petrol, which we had filled from the pump near kowdiar.
After taking delivery me and my family has visited some temples near by kowdiar like Mahadeva Temple, Rajarajeshwari temple and our family temple located in Nedumangadu (Mutharamma Temple).
On the next day of purchase i have received a call from Maruti itself to share our experience in dealing with maruthi on and before purchasing the vehicle. As we were quite satisfied with the services i had given positive answers on the questions asked by the executive.
