a serene atmosphere for you

Physical benefits are countless in having an organized atmosphere. You know something that organizing your own space can bring positive mental and spiritual benefits. Removing unnecessary items from your home and office can symbolize a deeper process of cleansing and purification. Get rid of useless clutter and better organize what’s left, you are in effect creating a new life of lightness and freedom that brings posive aspects to you both mentally and spiritually. On an energetic level, the effects of cleaning and de-cluttering can be even more profound because the process clears stagnation and calls in a flow of fresh and motivating energy othewise called life enery. What does this actually mean for you, home and office space? Lots of peace, prosperity, harmony and success in all walks of life! Below you can find some tips and useful information on how to arrange a serene and great atmosphere:

First of all clearing away all useless items is crucial. These useless items otherwise called clutter are there to drain your energy, dismantle your focus and ends up in feeling overwhelmed and restricted. Take the much needed time and effort to remove items that are no longer needed and put away items to be kept. Keep in mind that don’t place them carelessly into drawers. Make sure to organize and keep them tidy where they are supposed to be. clutters or those things which can scatter you focus are always clutters, and you will be under the purview of those negative effects even if you hide it.

Once the the needed things are organised in your home or office space, the time is to start a physical cleaning process. Get hold of you vacuum cleaner, mops, or dusting cloths and any other cleansing gadgets, and clean like you have never ever cleaned it till date. It’s important to put your effort to this particular job because you are not just cleaning away the dust and dirt that are visible but you are removing any residue left by stagnant, negative energy. You may not be able to see it, but you can still be guided by it on some level if you are not cleaning it properly.

At last, take a good breath and look at your surroundings.  You will find that the things and rooms looks better, but also you can find the difference in the way your surrounding feels. Doesn’t it seem great and calmer?  Most people can feel the difference here itself.

The job is not over, however! Now you’re going to call in some beneficial energy to take the place of what you just cleaned and clutter free. There are many ways to do this, and none of them are better or more effective than the others. Choose one or more that appeal to you.

One technique to remove the residual stagnant negative energy is to simply light scented incense and candles in every room.  As you know a lights and some kind of scents can bring a great difference. The scents don’t really matter except that they are pleasing to you, but some popular scents like rosemary, lavender, sage, lemongrass, sandalwood, frankincese, myrrh and rose.

Finally, you can follow meditation bring in positive energy. Simply sit calm and comfortably, after that perform deep-breathing exercises to bring yourself into a state of meditation. Then imagine brilliant white light infusing every room of your home. Imagine that it fairly hums and crackles with an electrical charge, zapping any negativity that still lingers and replacing it with peace and harmony.

Doing this process just once can create quite an impressive change in the atmosphere of your home, but doing it on a regular basis would be more effective. Atleast perform this process once every 3 months for beginners, but do it as often as you need to if you sense the atmosphere becoming heavy and stagnant with negative energy.

Gain Momentum in life with Self Motivation

One of the most difficult parts of goal achievement is to start smart. It is easy enough to dream and make a strategy, but many people get stuck up to this phase indefinitely and restrain from taking action. Planning and dreaming might make you feel like you are about to do something to achieve your goals, but if you never actually make your first step forward you are not going to achieve them. In order to see a better progress, you have to step out of your comfort zones and take action. According to my personal experience if you think about a thing more than twice there is less chance that you are going to take some action. Dont think and think and think, just do it.

When you finally do gather the much needed courage and start moving forward, what usually happens? You realize the path is harder than you thought it would be, right? It feels like you are making a wild goose chase. You keep trying to remove obstacles, facing setbacks and unexpected delays, dealing with fear and anxiety, and fighting a daily battle to stay motivated.

It is actually during this difficult phase that most people used to give up and abandon what they have already done. They decide that “it is not my slice of bread” right now, so they set their dream aside and try again later. Or worse, they resign themselves to a resourceless life because they don’t believe they have what it takes to succeed. They’ve “failed,” so they’re not going to try in the days to come.

Have you gone through this type of situation where you think that you have failed? Most people have! However, this should not be the end of the story. You can pick up your dreams, dust them off and try again. But this time you should know about a little something called Momentum.

You see, the difficult phase I just described is what happens at the beginning when you are trying to gain momentum. This difficult phase is always there in each and every venture whether you are doing a business or trying to study a new subject. Most people quit during this phase because they think it is always going to be very difficult.

What they dont try to realize is that every effort they put toward for the achievement of their goals is built on their previous efforts. With every step forward the process gets more easier. At last they have put so much energy and effort into the process and the momentum begins to take over. Suddenly they realize that they do not have to push so hard to keep moving forward. It becomes fun and even effortless to achieve their goal.

You can also experience this. All you have to do is keep going. Keep working towards your dreams and never quit. Momentum will take over eventually! If you want to get momentum working even more quickly for you there are some other methods to acheive it, in totality:

Be willing to work with full effort, faster and take bigger risks than you have taken during previous time.

The reason why momentum can be delayed sometimes is because many people take very tentative steps towards their acheivements. They are afraid to really give it their all, so they hold back much of the energy and power they could be devoting toward their goal. Even if they’re not aware of it, they may feel more comfortable working at a slower pace, so they avoid taking big risks and instead take baby steps.

There is nothing wrong with this approach if it is effective to you. However, if you want to make faster progress and build momentum quickly, think about taking bigger strides and giving your full energy and focus toward making it a success. By doing so, you will push through the difficult beginning and find yourself with a better future.

When my friends talks about some business plans and some business opportunies with me, i usually recommend that if you are starting the business try to do the same for atleast 6 months and dont give it up before six months. when you are staring a business you wont get every thing in the blink of an eye it takes its own time. During the initial months of your business one will try to get new contacts and learn more about the business. If your drop you business after 2 or 3 months all your efforts will go in vain. I believe that in a business what you are doing in the initial months is going to bring new fortune after six months. I usually recommends my friends that if you are unable to reach a break even point in a span of six month to one year, then it is high time to recheck the action and revitalize it.
