Have you ever had mushroom fried rice? Yesterday i had it from one of my favorite vegetarian hotel in trivandrum. There are many other veg hotels in trivandrum but i love to have veg food from alankar. Even though it is a small hotel, Alankar has got variety of vegetarian dishes. Out of those variety of veg dishes yesterday evening i have chosen mushroom fried rice. To be frank this is the first time i am having a mush room dish. Do you know how mushroom fried rice is prepared? Where can i get good quality mushrooms in Trivandrum. I have heard that there are mushrooms which are poisonous. How can i differentiate good and bad ones? I you know more about mushrooms you can share that.
